Steps to make Mini Milk Cookies
Take a deep-bottomed bowl and add butter along with powdered sugar in it. Mix well using a whisker till fluffy.
Add 30 ml of milk and mix well. We can add more milk later if required.
Add one teaspoon of honey and half teaspoon of vanilla essence to it. Mix well. Adding honey is completely optional.
Use a strainer and sieve all-purpose flour. cornflour and baking powder. Then mix this sifted flour mixture with milk, butter, and sugar batter.
Add milk powder in the sifted flour mixture.
And knead all the ingredients into a smooth dough. If you require milk, you may add.
divide the cookie dough into small portions and make small smooth balls. Ensure there should not be any cracks.
For baking cookies in a pressure cooker, put some salt in the cooker and a stand. Preheat it for 8-10 minutes.
Grease a steel plate with some butter and set the cookie balls in the plate with proper distancing and place the plate inside the cooker. Make sure to leave some space to allow the cookies to rise and expand. Bake it on low medium flame for 8-10 minutes.
